Design 

Built from the ground up in the Clearwater shop, the carbon series comes complete and ready to ride. Simply bolt the carbon mount and fuselage to the aluminum mast, fit on the wings, and find water! The carbon series wings all feature an easy riding medium aspect ratio coupled with a high lift foil section. The downturned tips provide extra stability. The 1500 is a great middle of the road foil for any surf application. Flying in that "sweet spot," the medium speed wing can hang out in a wave while remaining responsive and quick. Riders around 170lbs (77kg) can pump with speed.

Unique Features 

Things are done differently in our manufacturing process to provide parts that fit together better. The carbon mount plate is molded directly from mast sections to create an extremely tight fitting connection. A similar process is used in the wing connection. Each wing and carbon fuselage are built together as a pair, and remain that way. The wing mount is directly molded around the paired fuselage to create an exact, zero tolerance fitted wing. The bolts simply keep it in place.
