Design 

Our revolutionary approach breaks the board into several sections for easy and cheap shipping when compared to traditional board shipping options. Simply apply glue, and fit the board together like legos pieces to create a perfect blank. Board blanks come CNC machined and sanded to the final shape from our shop. Glass as is or sand extra smooth for less resin soak in. The deck features a gentle concave shape with plenty of space for all the inserts you could dream of. The stepped tail allows for a clean flow release creating less drag. A double concave up front with lots of volume is carried far forward for more lateral stability at slow speeds. Lastly beveled rails help redirect the board upwards from accidental water surface contact while on foil.

Build 

Follow along the step by step build video to learn everything needed to create a professionally finished board. Bare minimum required tools; scissors, razor blade, 120-220 grit sand paper. 

Shipping 

Unlike most board blanks, all of our wingfoil blanks ship easily via UPS in a medium sized box. Shipping is calculated for each individual order at checkout.
